Clearwater Resort Camping Package

Rates are a combination of space rental per tent and admission fees per visitor. These rates apply to regular tents good for 2 persons. Rates for larger tents can be obtained on request.

Rental for space per tent: p1,000 inclusive of admission for 2 adults

Admission fees for additional person: p500 per adult and p100 children under 12

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Upon check-out, all camping equipment including tents of course, have to be removed, the site cleaned and damages repaired, ready for inspection.

A late check-out charge of 50% is levied for delays up to 2:30pm. Beyond that, an extra night is charged automatically. Visitors may continue to enjoy the facilities of Clearwater after check-out up to 4:30pm with no extra charge. Beyond that, admission fees will be charged for an additional day.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equivalent to p1,000/tent-space is required upon check-in and returned after liquidating against damages and cleaning up requirements.

For those who wish to avail of the locker room – opened only during the day time – an extra p250 per person (same for children and adult) is required per day. For an overnight camping trip, that may mean two days’ fees if guests wish to avail of the locker room on day of check-in and day of check-out also.
 
 

 
 
Bring-in Food

Guests may bring in a reasonable quantity of cooked foods, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, subject to inspection upon arrival. Consumption is strictly limited to immediate area – within say 3 meters – of the camp site they rented. In other words, bring-in food and beverages cannot be consumed outside their individual camping areas.

Attire and Etiquette
Campers should be mindful of their presence in a private resort which is part of an exclusive country club. Even though casual clothing is permitted as is customary for camping, proper code of decency must be observed. Excessive noise and behaviors that would hamper the enjoyment of Clearwater’s ambience and facilities are strictly forbidden.

Management reserves the right to evict guests if violations persist after warning. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
