The long-awaited Family Island Cove Teambuilding and Wedding Venue has just been completed and is now added to the list of outdoor venues of Clearwater Resort.   Together with the adjacent Frolic Garden, the Peninsula and its Amphitheatre, this offers ample space for up to 1000 people without a hint of congestion.  While the Frolic Garden is shaded by large old trees and cooled by the main lake of Clearwater Resort, the Family Island Cove is by itself really a giant swimming pool with an island in the middle.  A boardwalk strip that separates the two serves as an ideal place for alfresco dining and other entertainment activities.  A causeway separates the large pool with the private Family Cove Pool which has been a favorite for families with children.

A new bathroom and semi-outdoor shower facility has been added to this venue, along with some interesting garden games like Horseshoe pitches, tetherball and croquet garden, plus a few tree-hung swings around the Frolic Garden.
