2 arrested for selling drugs in front of bgy hall

Supt. Rodney Baloyo, chief of police here, identified the suspects as Antonio Pargas, 41, who was charged with possession of shabu, and Raymond Estacio, 21, who also faces charges of possession of dried marijuana leaves. Both suspects are residents of Bgy. Murcia, Concepcion, Tarlac.

The two were arrested while policemen were chasing Erick Manguera, who was selling shabu in front of Mamatitang Barangay Hall on MacArthur Highway.

The undercover policemen were able to buy a sachet of shabu from Manguera using a marked P500 bill. But in the course of the struggle, Manguera was able to run away and escape.

While chasing him, the policemen chanced upon Pargas and Estacio whom they noticed to be holding illegal drugs.
