These packages are designed for groups that require the use of the function room(s) for meetings with certain food and beverage requirements included. Specifically excluded from these packages are admission to Clearwater Resort and usage of other amenities such as swimming and other facilities. For events that require those amenities, there are other event packages that should be more applicable.

These packages include the exclusive usage of the meeting facilities for the day as well as these meals: snacks in the morning, lunch and snack in the afternoon. For groups not reaching the minimum number of persons for the selected meeting venue, the minimum is applied to calculate the total charge.
