“Today, 2013, is our time to link arms as we move with decisiveness and dedication in our advocacy. Beyond words, borders and burning crisis/ conflicts, we bond together to create a common vision oozing with animation, cooperation and inspiration.
Printing news gazettes in a computer shop in Henson Street, perspiring while toiling in the agri-farms in warm Pulung Marugul, patiently washing clothes in rivers, pushing a fishball cart in Pampang, paying bills in Cutcut, or pressing business papers in the board rooms in Mac Arthur Highway in Balibago; consequently, we are united in our cause.
Yes! Facing the gleaming sunshine from our 33 barangays in Angeles City, we dear sisters, walk side by side on the pathway of independence, innovation and improvement.
Voicing our crusade, women spread the good news. Moving our hands to sow the seeds of employment and entrepreneurship, thereafter, you and I, dear sisters, we raise the banner of commitment, consistency and compassion.
Today as we celebrate Women’s Month, do come and join us. Participate in our activities to pursue the highest good (summum bonum) from sunrise to sunset.

“International Women’s Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women’s Day, is marked on March 8 every year.[1] In different regions the focus of the celebrations ranges from general celebration of respect, appreciation and love towards women to a celebration for women’s economic, political and social achievements. Started as a Socialist political event, the holiday blended in the culture of many countries, primarily Eastern Europe, Russia, and the former Soviet bloc. In some regions, the day lost its political flavor, and became simply an occasion for men to express their love for women in a way somewhat similar to a mixture of Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.
