Bamboo sleeping mats are placed on the floor of the Brunello function rooms. These mats are 1.5 x 1.95 meters in size, commonly referred to as queen size. Blankets and pillows are not included so participants should be advised to bring their own or else the organizers should make provisions to provide participants with these sleeping amenities.

You may bring your own dinner provided that it comprises of cooked, canned and dried food items. All bring-in food will be consumed at the campfire ground near the Brunello function rooms. A security deposit of php10,000 is required and liquidated against damages inflicted on the venue and failures to clean up after the meal.

Event organizers take full responsibility for ensuring safety and hygiene for bring-in food and the way it is served and consumed. Uncooked and semi-cooked food is not permitted. A reasonable amount of cooking equipment such as portable gas stove and small portable grills can be brought in to warm up parts of the dinner for service. Management reserves the right to deny entrance of all equipment that might be considered hazardous.
