ANGELES CITY–A village councilman here condemned Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan’s administration after the recent arrest and the alleged harassment of 10 flier distributors in Barangay Balibago.
Councilmen’s League of Angeles City Vice President and Barangay Cutcut Kagawad Roy Ogurida criticized the “Martial Law-like” arrest and reported physical harassment of 10 individuals on February 3.
At least two of the arrested individuals were identified as minors.
