The entire Frolic Garden area served as their outdoor venue where they played their games and activities to improve their collaboration, encourage their creativity, improve communication among themselves and increase their motivation.

Last May 13, 2016, the District Sales Office of Zuellig Pharma in Dolores, San Fernando Pampanga conducted their seminar cum teambuilding in Clearwater Resort. The group headed by their District Manager along with 30 sales people chose Clearwater for their day tour event. They had a 5 hour indoor seminar in our Brunello Function Room and 1-2 hours ice breaker activities at the Brunello Gardens.

Last August 6-7, 2017, their GSE Maintenance Department conducted their teambuilding in Clearwater Resort. The event was participated by 39 employees composed of ground, support and equipment technicians. The event included an awarding ceremony for distinguished employees who deserve utmost appreciation for their dedicated service in the company.

The Brunello Function Room, an indoor and fully air-conditioned conference room served as their venue for their teambuilding and awarding ceremony.  It is located at the Brunello Gardens and is very ideal for seminars, meetings, banquets and can accommodate up to 80-120 pax depending on the required seating arrangement or set-up.

Strategically located near the Brunello Function Room are the family inn cabins, a cluster of four spacious rooms.  These rooms also served as the overnight accommodation of the employees for the duration of their event. The family inn cabins are quite popular for visitors who prefers a nice and quiet location inside the resort. The rooms are not very luxurious but they retain the simple feel of nature.
